For design-only audits, yes! I can review the user experience, visual design, and conversion optimisation regardless of platform. However, for technical/back-end audits, I only work with Squarespace sites.

You'll receive your comprehensive audit report and video walkthrough within 10 working days of filling out the Audit Questionnaire, making payment in full (and granting me access to your site if you choose the Design and Back End Audit option).

The standard audit includes the report and recommendations, but implementation is on you. However, if you'd like me to implement the changes, I can provide a separate quote for that work.

There is a short questionnaire to fill out about your website and business goals before you make payment. After you have made payment and granted me access to your website, I may have some additional questions but these tend to be quick and simple to answer.

This is a one-time audit. You'll receive your report, video, and access to the optional call. If you want ongoing support, we can discuss that separately.

If your audit reveals that your site needs more than tweaks and optimisations, I'll let you know. We can discuss a full redesign, and I'll credit your audit payment toward the Custom Website Design service.

All audit purchases are non-refundable. However, if you change your mind before completing the intake form, I'll apply the funds to a different service if booked within 6 months.
